However we handle the transaction and offer to send you the same item provided you 1. Send us the damaged item. And 2. notify shop.musclecarclub.com of any damages with in 2 days from the date you received the package. If we provide you with the incorrect item we will gladly replace it provided you ship the incorrect item back to us in new condition. There are no cash refunds.
